Biography
Kelly Webster graduated, with distinction, from the University of Western Ontario law school in 1983 and articled in London, Ontario.
Kelly practiced with McCarthy Tetrault, in London, until she joined the firm of Thompson Corbett in 1997, which then became Thompson Corbett Webster. In 2005, Thompson Corbett Webster changed its name to Advocates LLP.
Kelly has long experience with utilizing software in the practice of law and has developed unsurpassed expertise, as a lawyer, in the application to litigation of integrated electronic document imaging, electronic transcripts and document management.
Kelly has presented papers on electronic document handling, electronic discovery and corporate and commercial litigation matters to legal audiences, and has made presentations on various topics associated with trial advocacy on behalf of the Advocates' Society.
Outside the practice of law, Kelly remains active in yoga and skiing. |
